◦ No animals except for service animals assisting an individual with a disability
◦ No large chains, chained wallets or spiked jewelry
◦ No laser pens, laser pointers, or light devices

SECURITY ENTRY
All attendees are subject to being searched prior to entry into the Event, including members of the media. By requesting entry into the Event, all attendees shall be subject to a thorough TSA-style pat down search, including emptying pockets and bags, and having your items examined. Event Organizers shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the Event, who in the sole and absolute discretion of Event Organizers are in violation of Event rules, which rules may be updated from time to time, with or without notice. Please note, re-entry, camping and/or overnight attendance will not be permitted.

ROTR will be held on the runway at the old Kona Airport. 75-5560 Kuakini Hwy, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740.
General admission tickets are $40 each. VIP tickets cost $99 but are limited.
Parking lot opens at 2 pm. Festival gates open at 3 pm.
First band will start performing around 45 minutes after the gates open.
Parking is FREE, however we do encourage everyone to carpool or utilize taxi cabs or ride share services (Uber, LYFT, etc.).
No. It's a first come first served basis so arrive early.
We are planning multiple entry points to the festival; a General Admission line, a VIP line and a line to purchase tickets (if NOT sold out).
No. You must be 21+ with a valid ID to enter the VIP area.
Yes. You can attend by entering through the General Admission side. If you have further concerns please send us a DM with advance notice.
No. There are no chairs or tables (cannot bring your own chairs). The VIP area will have a private bar and a separate viewing area.
Yes and No. Children over the age of 2 must have a ticket to enter. If you have children 2 years old or under and are using a stroller or being carried, a ticket is not required for them. We strongly recommend your children wear ear plugs if close to stage.
Yes, chairs are allowed in GA and in designated chair zones only. Folding aluminum and camp chairs are allowed. Folding metal/wood chairs are NOT permitted.
No. Outside food and/or drinks are NOT allowed.
Again, outside food or drinks are NOT allowed on the premises. There will be adult beverages and food available for purchase.
Yes. There will be food and drink vendors on-site.
Yes. There will be other non-food vendors. All vendors must have permission from event organizers. Independent vending is NOT allowed.
No. There are no ins and outs at ROTR. If you leave, you will not be readmitted. No exceptions.
Yes. Since there are no ins and outs, old A restrooms can only be used before and after the festival. There will be portable restrooms on-site during the show.
No large bags are allowed. Purses (12”x12” or smaller), diaper bags and bags containing medical supplies will be allowed but will be searched upon arrival at the gate.
No. Tailgating or hanging out in the parking lot before/during and after the festival is NOT allowed. Police officers and security will be circling the area for tailgaters.
Screenshot of tickets is okay but may delay entering due to possible technological mishaps. To ensure a quick entry, please bring a physical/printed ticket, your valid I.D. and cash (ATM will be available on-site).
Yes. The safety of our guests, artists, vendors and staff is a top priority. Security will be present at multiple locations.
